Konftel Unify cable (900103408) does not work with some OpenStage deskphones to Konftel 55 Print

This information applies to Konftel 55, Konftel 55W and Konftel 55Wx.

When using the Konftel Unify cable (900103408) to Konftel 55 series and a OpenStage deskphone (CP400, CP600, CP700) it will not work. The cable expects a switched polarity on pin 4/3 on the phone side. The CP400/CP600(E)/CP700(X) devices have a different polarity compared to the older OpenStage phones (model 40, 60, 80).

Konftel Unify cable (900103408) is designed for OpenStage 40/60/80 models.
