Make an xml-file using this text:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<KT800 version="3">
<bluetooth>
<enable type="bool">false</enable>
</bluetooth>
</KT800>
Then import the xml-file using the web interface. Go to Provisioning > Configuration > Import configuration > Browse for the file and then Press the green save button.
